The Capone: inspired by our Windy City brethren, this behemoth really packs a punch! Stuffed with olive oil infused mozzarella cheese, and topped off with tender sliced roast beef, Giardiniera, and more mozzarella…copious amounts of meat, Chicago style!
The Uff-Da Blucy
This might take awhile to describe…first off this is a “taters tot hot dish” inspired Blucy. We start by jamming (literally) the inside with a blend of gooey American cheese, creamy cream cheese, and crispy tots…we top it off with our own BDP creation, a “tater cake”, which is similar to a potato pancake. We then top it off with a house made savory mushroom gravy sauce that-is-to-die-for! UFF DA FOR DARN SURE!
